I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms that offered a terrific view. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town and close to main attractions. This hotel is situated right in the heart of Karlovy Vary, making it super easy to explore the main attractions. The views from my room were absolutely stunning, overlooking the river and the city’s beautiful architecture. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay but could improve a bit in the dining department, as the food was just average for a 5-star hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel with its splendid views of the old theater and the Grandhotel Pupp. The room was spacious and very clean, making it one of the best stays I've ever experienced.
